I had an unpleasant experience with this firm. The gentleman on the phone failed to understand my query and then proceeded to dismiss what I was saying. The conversation lasted less than 2 minutes but he was, in my view, arrogantly adamant about the firms website essentially being wrong. I also found his use of the word ‘madam’ whilst he was dismissing me to be extremely condescending.

As an agent I make many calls to various different solicitors and other EA professionals. I have never experienced anyone as rude as Imran Ahmed. A simple, professional two minute conversation whereby a specific question was asked regarding a case, was met with a vile outburst and pure arrogance. I am not surprised to see this transaction has not yet gone through. Communication is key in this industry and I think Imran could do with a lesson in people skills and basic human decency. Manners are the cheapest thing in this world and I hope some day you find them.
