I give this service a perfect 5-star review. Victoria was professional and always responded in a timely manner—no nonsense, just straightforward communication. She was consistently on top of my case and always reachable, which made for quick responses. The only downside for me was the holding music when I called, but thankfully I didn't have to listen to it for long since they answered my calls promptly. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

We've just completed on our new house purchase and Blacks were amazing! Blacks were appointed by our lender as our previous solicitor were shut down by the SRA 1 week prior to exchange of contract. Hannah took immediate control of our case, started from scratch and pushed it through to a quick completion within just 6 weeks (this included the 2 week Christmas period).
