They completely messed up my case and seemed more focused on taking my money than actually helping me. It was clear they weren’t invested in the outcome and had little regard for the impact their mistakes would have on my life. They played with my future and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise avoiding this solicitor— they’re unprofessional and only out for themselves. Don’t trust them with your case.

Barrister Mr Zahir is very capable and friendly person. Several times I have taken services from him regarding various immigration matters. All were successful.

Application messed up by them. One of the solicitors admitted this person is not good at using computers hence major mistakes were made on my application. (This person should be fully retrained on the use of PC). Called them several times especially during emergencies but they're always busy. Called them a few times to ask questions but they were quite rude and told me to call later which I did for almost 7 times and they still tell me the same message. And when you finally ask a question, they sigh and respond to you rudely where they expect you to know the answers to your law related questions that average people won't know the answer to. On the other hand, they are methodical and a bit organised. Also, some do know what they're doing but I personally don't think it's to the full extent. But that doesn't change the fact that their system is too old fashioned hence increased inefficiency in the workstyle. I will never sign up with them again.
