Very poor communication and an absolute bitter experience to communicate with. I was made redundant and these guys were handling the legal papers. Someone with initials EL was handling my case. was rude in communications, on calls like doing me a favour. That person would send emails with content in subject line. Not as content in email, no polite addressing nothing. I’ve never had anyone send me an email with just a short message in subject line in my life. So unprofessional. You would think they would be courteous and show some warmth to someone who’s going through immense mental stress but she gave all signs of “can’t wait to collect my check and get rid of you”. I have dealt with better solicitors before. Avoid this company
