Doesn’t respond to enquires for months even when being chased, after commissioning their services. Required everything to be posted rather than sent digitally, which just delays everything and costs more. They will say one thing, then change their advise 5 seconds later, very backwards and old school processes for the modern age, would advise you avoid these people

Without the support of Ayse I would not have got through the whole process. Any email I sent was responded to immediately, any question I asked was answered. I would recommend BG lawyers to anyone going through one of the most difficult situations in their life, as a firm that will support you through every step.

I used them back beginning of this year and I found that they were fantastic got straight on to what I needed and sorted any issues I had out straight away. Can't fault the help I got at all.

Would NOT recommend. Unprofessional in court - Junior team member was sent to represent us and she was all over the place, didn't know the case at all. Ayse was good at the start but quickly became useless, slow - didn't seem to understand how anything works in the legal system, what we are entitled to, the usual process with legal aid. Have to ask multiple times and really push to get the most basic information. Nothing comes through without being chased or asked for. There is no proactiveness in the way that they work. Definitely take your case elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I was taken on as a client by these lawyers however they never pick up the phone. When they ring you - they let the line ring twice before cutting it off so as to leave a missed call and if you try to ring back IMMEDIATELY they won’t answer. Poor customer relations too if you ring their main lines no one seems to know who’s in charge of what. You’re better off finding another lawyer. TLDR: FIND ANOTHER FIRM.
