Terrible communication, provided us with the incorrect information regarding a house purchase and were unable to provide standard legal advice on issues they highlighted in their own reports. Very confusing and highly frustrating experience with no sense or clarity.

We can’t thank Anna enough for making our house purchase easy and no questions were too silly/stupid! She was quick to respond and got us in our house quickly before our tenancy was up. The 2 times we went into the office to do ID checks etc, everyone was friendly! Being first time buyers we couldn’t thank her enough for being there for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!
