16/10/2024 I parked my car next to KFC between 16:11 to 16:14 which is 3 minutes total and no parking signs on floor just put little stickers on glass to say no parking at anytime. Got a £60 fine! don't go anywhere near them. Reviews are bad and clearly making money from fines because business is clearly not good. Got the letter a month later so they can clearly make more money out of us.

Stay well away from this business, In a time of turmoil and financial hardship they smack a sign on the front of their business and have poorly painted yellow lines that you can't see in the dark then send you fines for parking there, which wasn't a thing prior to the KFC opening next door. They saw a financial opportunity to make a lot of money from people accidentally parking on there tiny stretch of land right next to a major fast food provider even when they are closed and not operating they still send you a fine for £60.00 Scam artists and i will make it my mission to spread this around and get these people to go viral.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Scammers the lot of them. It was Sunday (midday) the business was CLOSED, yet I got a fine for parking outside the CLOSED business with shutters down, (no where else to park i may add) whilst nipping into KFC for dinner for my young family. The parking fines were further down the road on a fence. Couldn't see clearly from where i parked outside a CLOSED business. Shocking, robbing people blind whilst they get dinner for their families STAY CLEAR

Parking scam: People have said if you appeal to euro parkways (poor signage etc) they will reject your appeal. So might be worth appealing to the IAS (independent appeals service). Let other reviewers know how it goes so they can avoid falling for this scam. It's sad currently in this living crisis, families out there struggling to buy food and then get hit with this £60 scam for parking after business hours. Scammers, Avoid.

I went here to get a document signed and the solicitor in residence was kind, patient and thorough. Side note: There is no issue with parking here if you are using the solicitors it’s 100% safe to park there, however if you park there and go to KFC instead (for example), then you’ll get a fine, which is fair.
