Only 1 star due to the length of time my military deafness claim is taking (2 years next month). Very little contact/updates in the first 15 months. I have had to request my military records (apparently, it's quicker if I do it). I'm still left with no answer as to what is happening with my claim. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company for a military deafness claim!

Anybody seeking a hearing loss claim against the MOD should look elsewhere. I have now been waiting 9 months for a telephone assessment after I did my hearing test. I recommended this firm at the beginning to other veterans, as things were going smoothly, All have somehow passed me in the process. I have emailed several times and all I get is "it'll be soon" or "I've put you on the priority list". Still nothing. My friend started his claim 2 weeks before mine, with another firm, and has just had a successful outcome. I'm nowhere near even get my case submitted..... Please do your research and find an alternative!

Been waiting nearly 2 years for a claim to even get near submitted . No calls constantly chasing and asking what has happened . Submitted paperwork for it to be lost when changing offices. Not at all professional I am worried where my details and husbands details have gone and where they vould have been used. Why no one is getting claims sorted and having the money in banks where it's needed to get the support needed .

It has taken quite a while for my hearing claim to be completed, with a number of different contacts along the way, but finally all has been agreed and monies paid into my account. I do have to mention Wiktor Ressel, however, who over the last few months has been both professional and informative, communicating with me and answering all of my queries and would highly recommend him.

I've had a Military Deafness claim ongoing with this company for nearly two years now. They have terrible communication skills as a whole, sending me for appointments constantly in the first year, some of which were duplicate appointments with the threat of charging me £75 if I didn't attend, even though I wasn't consulted as to when I would be free for any of these appointments, often having to book leave from work in order to attend. They don't stay in touch with clients whatsoever. The last I have heard from Baker and Coleman was September, in which they asked me to attend an appointment for an assessment which I have already been to, organised by them. Any time I call I seem to be palmed off with "we're waiting for the MOD". Having read multiple reviews here, it seems they're not "working on communication challenges" whatsoever. I have emailed almost a week ago now with no reply. Any veterans looking to pursue a claim, please avoid.
