I sold my restaurant and AMJ Legal Solicitor’s as my representative. This transaction was almost impossible due to legal complications involved. My case was rufesd 21 December 2021 after refusal they have claimed my ihs refunds on Mr malik's name without my permission which they have received on 30th January 2022 but when I asked Mr amir khawaja I want to claim my ihs refunds he said I'll send them an email and let's see how long they will take to process it and I asked after 3months of my refusal but they already claimed my ihs money and keep lying to me that Russia and Ukraine war is going on so they gonna take some time some of our clients waiting for more then year now they haven't received a yet just wait after few months I contacted them again same old story that's how 10 months passed then I start contacting ihs refunds myself every week after 1 year Mr amir send me the email which is saying we have transferred ihs refunds on Mr malik's account 30 January 2022 when I asked Mr amir who is this person he said is a error from home office (he act like he never knew mr malik) but you don't worry the account you have used to pay ihs fee they will transfer the money to same account then after 2 weeks I have received an email from ihs refunds which was clearly saying that your money has been claimed last year by Mr malik whole year they was lying to me after the email which I have received when I discussed with Mr amir khawaja about that date then after 2 days he revealed that truth they have sent into our company's account which is not possible unless you claim (sharing my experience with amj legal solicitors limited)
