Just called Alexander Shaw. Spoke to Zoheb. Explained my situation. He asked if it was a private landlord then said he would transfer me but before he could finish the statement he said sorry we don't have capacity to deal with private landlord tenancy. How you go from wanting to transfer me to the appropriate person to deal with my query to not having capacity sounds odd and uncanny.
