I used AGH solicitors a couple of years ago when buying a new property. This was around Covid times in 2021, with the stamp duty holiday, so as you can imagine a very busy time. Maria pulled out all the stops to ensure we were able to complete on our sale/purchase with a week to spare, before stamp duty reverted to normal. I would definitely recommend AGH based on my experience for conveyancing services and would use them again in the future.

AGH were representing a couple buying our property. They have presented them with a desk top enviro search which, due to the required information not being in the system at the time, indicated that there could be concerns around landfill etc. Rather than doing some due diligence to get the accurate info (which we were able to do) they have filled the buyers with panic and fear causing the collapse of a sale with 4 weeks to go until completion. Had the solicitor done a couple of checks, they'd have be able to reassure their customers that there are no contamination issues and nothing to be worried about. I have no doubt that couple would have paid out a few hundred pounds for their troubles. Not good first impressions of this company.

Maria and team were great help as they help me buy my first house and sort all the legal work out within a month which is really good. She also reassured me a lot which is needed when dealing with things that have a deadline will deffo be using again
