Adams Solicitors assisted me in the purchase of my flat. I was 1st time buyer and complete ignorant of the process. While charging very reasonable fees, they liase on my behalf with my mortgage provider, vendor's estate agents and the flat's management office untill the sale was completed smoothly without any issues. They made everything clear and simple, advised me even about small details, providing in depth explanation to my endless questions!!! I don't recommend this lawyer because he doesn't answer, he doesn't take any responsibility properly, we waited more than 4 months for the answer of home office and we realized that this lawyer did not provide our letters to home office on time.
