Adam Bernard solicitors only seems more interested in how much they can make from you than actually winning your case I was told from day one don’t worry they’ll help me evict my tenant one way or another. After paying them nearly 4k not only did they lose my case and me having to pay my tenant his legal costs I was then told at least you’ll get a rent increase but if the tenant decides to challenge this then it’s fine just pay us another £1000 and another £700 to the barrister and we might be able to help you, But they won’t take any less than £1000 because it’s not worth their time. So after paying them 4k nothing has changed my tenant is still in the property. I did ask them what guarantees I would have of winning if I did pay them again to help with the rent increase, and my email was completely ignored probably because after making 4k from me it’s not worth their time.

We are so grateful to Adam Bernard Solicitors and to Mr. Wahab in particular. He has been amazing. efficient, calm, patient and polite throughout. When I called, at best I thought I would be able to get a little advice for our first GB passport applications. Our necessary ID’s were ancient and not so straight forward for the application forms. The friendly and polite receptionist put me through to Mr. Wahab who listened and then suggested I could go to them with our relevant documentation and proofs of ID for a half hour consultation. At the end of the meeting he asked if we would like Adam Bernards to represent us and we quickly accepted. A whole weight dropped from our shoulders and we considered the fee to be very reasonable for what we were asking. Needless to say ‘job done’. Even after the Passport Office thought one of my documents was a copy, Mr. Wahab challenged them to look again as he knew they were mistaken. He had taken a photograph of everything before sending them. Thank you again so so much. We are forever grateful. We will recommend Adam Bernard Solicitors to anyone. A comfortable environment, friendly people and well organized.
