I found Nicole Humphrey’s very easy to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable and fully understood my situation. She showed a very high level of compassion and empathy towards me, and put me at my ease. She ensured that I understood any ramifications I might experience on signing the document I asked her to review. She also dealt with the initial and post administration requirements extremely efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicole and Acumen to my friends and relatives. Indeed, I was introduced to the business by someone who had previously received excellent service from them.

As of today I am still awaiting a invoice to be fully paid which was issued to a client, via Acumen Business Law in July 2024. The bill remains only partially paid because Acumen Business Law were unable to correctly request the balance of funds required from another party and have been unable to retrieve the funds ever since. The issue was never raised to us until it was chased by us (a show of a lack of respect for other small businesses and the inability to want to admit to their mistakes). These two things should be a warning sign for anyone considering doing business with them. If you are looking for a business that is happy to bury it's head in the sand when it makes a mistake then congratulations, you've found the right place.

I needed some last-minute legal advice and Nicole and the Acumen team were just brilliant. Flexibly fitting me in, explaining legal jargon in an accessible way, and going above and beyond to ensure I had the support I needed. Would recommend them anytime! Oh, and their offices are a delight, such a far cry from a city law firm, makes you feel at home instantly.
